What is covered? Everything except for accidental damage or general wear & tear. If there’s a factory issue, please let us know your concern through our email: leathercraftsbyzippy@gmail.com and we’ll have it sorted out immediately.

Order Cancellations and Returns 

You can cancel your order if our factory hasn’t started the production of your item. Once our artisans have started making the item, we will not be able to cancel your order.

For custom orders, we do not accept returns unless the item has a factory defect. You can ask for a refund or we can fix and return it to you free or charge.
